This brief module will present additional resources and procedures that will enhance the ability to assess clients and better design BH-EPAPs. The content in this resources module is optional, and does not need to be completed in order to progress through the BHT course.
The resources and questionnaires presented are often partially incorporated in a more in-depth BHT intake process. In addition, physical assessments related to brain health outcomes are also provided to further enhance physical assessments that may already be conducted.
