Grew up on a farm in Iowa. Moved to California and had a career as an on-air radio deejay and a news/sports announcer. I started working with a personal trainer at age 40 because I was out of shape. That eventually led me to getting certified myself nine years ago. I specialize in helping Women 60+ to gain strength and improve their balance and cognition. Becoming a Brain Health Trainer gives me another way to serve my clients.
